WHERE NONE GOES HUNGRY, WHERE NONE GOES LONELY
Welcome to Rosie's. A quaint tea room set on a working farm just outside the city of Reading.
With a range of home freshly baked pies, soups, and sandwiches, accompanied by delicious cakes and teas, we welcome all ages for classic lunch or cream tea.
A warm and friendly welcome awaits visitors to Rosie’s Tea Room at Holdshott Farm, Heckfield, on the B3011. The Tea Room opened in 2010 when business partners Rosie Mandry and Pippa Cockhead welcomed their first customers. An early visitor was the Curate, the Rev. Mary Ashton. The Tea Room was blessed by Rev. Peter Hewlett-Smith, when prayers were said for the building, the staff and the customers.
The Tea Room is open from 10am to 4pm, Tuesdays to Saturdays, serving tea, coffee, hot chocolate and soft drinks. A range of locally made cakes is available, as well as light lunches of sandwiches, ploughman’s, pate and toast. Local crafts are on display and available for sale. Drop in and you will be assured of a warm welcome — and a good cuppa!
